A touch screen kiosk for Prescient Medical takes interventional cardiologists to the “Cath Lab of the Future” where new and more precise technologies to identify and treat coronary plaque will be available. With interactive 3D animation mimicking Prescient’s vPredict™ system, cardiologists were able to identify vulnerable plaques in coronary arteries and suggest appropriate treatment.
The kiosk was unveiled at Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics (TCT) – the global annual scientific symposium of the Cardiovascular Research Foundation. Video and animation segments were later re-purposed on the Prescient Medical web site.
